Where we ship

We ship throughout New Zealand. For international shipping enquiries, please contact us directly at admin@lighthouse.nz.

Shipping rates

Shipping is calculated based on the size of the items in your order:

•       Small items: $25

•       Medium items: $50

•       Large items: $100

•       Extra-large items: $150

 

Free shipping

Free shipping applies in two circumstances:

•       Orders over $300 (NZD, GST inclusive) anywhere in New Zealand

•       Orders containing certain supplier-direct items, regardless of order total

 

Free shipping eligibility is shown automatically at checkout.

Processing time

Most in-stock orders are dispatched within 1–2 business days. Some products ship directly from our suppliers and may take longer — these are clearly marked on the product page.

Delivery times

Once dispatched, standard delivery is typically 2–5 business days within New Zealand depending on your location. Rural addresses may take an additional 1–2 days.

Local pickup

If you're in Christchurch, you're welcome to collect your order from our showroom at 829 Colombo Street (operating as Accent Lighting, our sister store). Choose "Pickup" at checkout — most orders are ready within 24 hours and we'll email you when yours is available.

Tracking

You'll receive a tracking number by email once your order has been dispatched.

Damaged or missing items

Please inspect your order on arrival. If anything is damaged in transit or missing from your delivery, contact us within 7 days at admin@lighthouse.nz with your order number and photos of any damage. We'll sort it out promptly.
